Information collected by this website
This website does not provide an account, contact form, analytics, or advertising tracker. TRU Wellness does not ask you to submit health information directly through this website. Hosting and network providers may process ordinary technical information, such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, and timestamp, to deliver and protect the site.
If you contact TRU Wellness by email, the information you send is processed by the applicable email providers and used to respond to you. Standard email is not a secure channel for medical information. Do not email symptoms, diagnoses, test results, medications, or other sensitive health details.
Calendly scheduling
The scheduling page offers an optional Calendly widget. It does not load until you choose “Load Calendly.” Once loaded, Calendly may use cookies and process technical and scheduling information under its own terms and privacy notice. You may also open Calendly directly in a new tab.
Avoid placing detailed medical information in appointment fields. Booking a discovery call does not create a clinician-patient relationship.
Third-party links
This website may link to services controlled by other organizations. Their privacy practices apply when you visit or use those services, and TRU Wellness is not responsible for their content or practices.
